We are proud to be among the group of Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) dealers that have earned this designation. Now, with our Kamloops location having earned Elite Support status, all RJames Management Group dealerships belong to the Elite Support network.

This support focuses on exceptional client-focused service, quick turn-around times, and longer uptime on the road.

Customers can expect to hear from us about a preliminary diagnosis for their vehicle within two hours of pulling up to our dealerships.

We strive for continuous improvement and have an exhaustive list of 135 criteria in 22 different areas of customer service, which must be met to earn and maintain Elite Support status. We even have a team in place that meets regularly, and whose exclusive role is to ensure continuous improvement. 

Our team must be reevaluated each year to keep up this special honor. It’s something we take seriously and are proud to be able to serve you in this way.

DTNA’s elite support program is all about improving the customer service experience at all its Freightliner and Western Star affiliate dealerships.
